Barrington Roofing
Barrington offers a high-quality slate roofing alternative that is made especially for the harsh conditions from the roasting summer sun to hailstorms. It is also salt resistant making it a perfect choice for buildings by the sea.
Barrington Design
The tiles have an interlocking design and moulded water channels to ensure it won’t leak or distort when installed correctly and the tiles require minimal maintenance. The tiles are manufactured from Torbex, a lightweight, structural advanced composite. The tiles will withstand the weight of 120 kilos walking on the roof.
Torbex is manufactured by blending resin, a combination of fillers with glass fibre and is compressed at 2,000 ton to forge all materials to create a solid unbreakable roof tile making it the most advanced in the Australian market.

There are two options of choice of tile a slate shingle and slate tile, currently only being manufactured in Midnight colour.
The Barrington Slate Shingle – 450mm x 350mm
The Barrington Slate Tile – 295mm x 300mm.

The Barrington product is a great product to replace another product that you current have on your roof. This project saw a replacement of a slate roof to the Barrington Shingle.
