Site Visit – $160 + GST Maintenance works to the value – includes minor sealing areas that are leaking allowance of up to 1 replacement tile. Replacement of ridges caps or tiles $6+ GST each. Additional works to be quote if over the value.
Emergency Call Out – $230 + GST Within 24 hours, storm/wind damage to make safe – includes tarping or temporary sealing.
